Extemption „TEMPO 100“ for vehicle combinations

Dear drivers and vehicle holders,

this way we want to inform you on which terms you can utilize the above
mentioned possibility:

Do you need CERTIFICATE of roadability the trailer for the operation with "TEMPO 100"?

This certificate you can get in our Authorized Technical Service for Verification of Vehicles when you put your trailer together with documents to the check and will be fulfiled the stated conditions:

* for the trailer:

• Maximum construction speed of the trailer (stated in its certificate of evidence) is minimum 100 km/h.
  
• Mounted tyres musn´t be older than 6 years (according to the code on the tyre)
• Speed index of the tyre must be minimum of category „L“
• From the production and equipment of the trailer is stated minimum operation weight of the towing vehicle which can be coupled to the combination
  

* for the towing vehicle:

• If the trailer fulfils the stated conditions it can be operated by the speed of 100 km/h together with these towing vehicles:

• Cars (without limitation of the maximum permitted gross weight) – category M1
• Buses with the maximum perrmitted gross weight to 3 500 kg if they have assigned the extemption "TEMPO 100"
  
• Other motor vehicles with the maximum permitted gross weight to 3 500 kg with the exception of single-trace
  

• The towing vehicle must be equiped with ABS
• If is the vehicle equiped with ESP for the trailer are valid less strict requirements as regards its minimum kerb  weight
  

Warning:
This equipment must be documentary registered in the certificate of evidence the vehicle concerned.

* for the vehicle combination:

• Must be keep the proportion of the maximum permitted gross weight of the trailer and kerb weight of the towing vehicles.
• The kerb weight of the towing vehicle must satisfy at least the stated value.
• If the towing vehicle is equiped with ESP must the kerb weight satisfy at least the special stated value.
• Permitted load of coupling device is limited by the less value of the maximum permitted load for towing vehicle or trailer.
  
• The maximum permitted gross weight of the trailer must by less or equal to the maximum permitted gross weight of the towing vehicle.
• The maximum permitted gross weight of the trailer must be less or equal to the maximum permitted  weight  of the trailer for the towing vehicle.
  

Technical Service is authorized to carry out the tests on trailers registered in the Slovak Republic only.

The test price is 236,81 € (7 134,10 SKK) (with VAT). The extemptions for trailers can´t be extended.
